🌾 We're Hiring: Agronomist / Farm Manager — Bhubaneswar, Odisha

We are looking for an experienced Agronomist or Farm Manager to lead the development and management of our agricultural fields in Bhubaneswar.

If you understand Odisha's agro-climatic conditions, have hands-on farming expertise, and are ready to build something from the ground up — we'd love to hear from you.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• Assess land, soil health, and water resources to create a development plan
• Recommend and implement suitable crops based on local climate, soil type, and market demand
• Design and oversee irrigation, fertilization, and pest management strategies
• Manage day-to-day farm operations, labor, and input procurement
• Drive productivity and sustainability across all farming activities

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field
• Proven experience in farm management or agronomy, preferably in eastern India
• Robust knowledge of tropical/sub-tropical cropping systems and monsoon-based agriculture
• Hands-on approach — comfortable working in the field, not just behind a desk
• Familiarity with modern farming techniques, organic practices, or precision agriculture is a plus
