Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Restaurant Manager (QSR). The Restaurant Manager will oversee operational efficiency, ensure high customer satisfaction, manage and lead staff, optimize food and beverage service, and maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines. The role requires working collaboratively to meet business goals and deliver an outstanding dining experience to our guests, while also managing routine administrative and leadership tasks.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to enhance guest experience and maintain high service standards
Should have experience working with Dominos, KFC, Pizza hut etc..
Ability to conduct Hiring effectively and promote a collaborative team environment
Strong Communication skills for managing and motivating a team and interacting with customers
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including quality and safety standards
Leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and oversee restaurant operations efficiently
Proven ability to handle conflict resolution and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience in restaurant or foodservice management is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
