Join Eden Park as an Account Manager, Business Development reporting to Dan Shore, and be part of our talented and growing team! About the role: Maintain a high market profile within the assigned territory by building and maintaining relationships with key dealers, strategic partners, and contacts. Penetrate all assigned accounts through face-to-face meetings, identifying decision makers within targeted leads to generate interest and begin sales process. Grow volume with existing dealer partners while getting new dealers in assigned territory signed up and generating consistent volume. Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc. What we’re looking for: Minimum 3+ years of experience with hands-on direct sales and relationship management. University Degree/College Diploma considered an asset. Previous experience in auto financing is required, particularly within the sub-prime lending market and/or the broader automotive finance industry. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing a multitude of tasks. Travelling is required for this position Demonstrated ability to convert prospect and close deal to achieve sales quotas. Tech Savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written Ability to multi-task ad meet all assigned deadlines under pressure. Prioritization of allocated workflow Valid driver’s license Clear criminal reference check What you can expect - pay & process: Expected base salary range is $65,000- $80,000 per year, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
