Position: Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney
Location: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid – 3 days onsite preferred)

An established boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney to join its growing commercial real estate practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys managing sophisticated commercial leasing transactions from start to finish while working directly with experienced partners in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial lease agreements
- Independently manage transactions from inception through closing
- Advise landlords (preferred) and commercial real estate clients
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on sophisticated real estate matters
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- Strong commercial leasing background
- Experience independently handling complex transactions
- Landlord-side leasing experience preferred
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
