GTM Analytics Manager

As a GTM Analytics Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally across our entire go-to-market organization to help inform our GTM strategy and business decisions and ensure that Lattice is operating at its full potential. You will work within the Business Operations team, a small group of folks working to ensure that Lattice executes rigorously against data-driven decisions. 

This is a senior-level IC position at Lattice that plays a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insights to improve sales & marketing efficiency. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Operational leaders across a variety of long-term strategic initiatives as well as ad-hoc analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot dbt data models, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues while improving the reliability of analytics pipelines.
• Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.).
• Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business.
• Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications 

• A bachelor's or masters in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company
• Strong SQL and dbt skills are a must
• Prior experience with Looker (or other BI tool) is a plus
• An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
• Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate the data maturity across the business
• Strong communication skills

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $164,500 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.*
