About this position:

We're looking for an Influencer Development Specialist to activate and grow a defined segment of creators on the Mavely platform. This is a creator-facing role at the heart of Later's creator monetization business, focused on moving creators through key activation milestones and driving measurable Commissionable GMV (CGMV) growth following every touchpoint. You'll operate within structured CRM pipelines, leveraging data, targeted outreach, and 1:1 conversations to turn leads into revenue-generating creators. You'll partner closely with Campaigns, Lifecycle, and RevOps teams to align on creator opportunities and surface insights that shape platform and product strategy. Success is defined by your ability to drive sustained CGMV growth and platform adoption across your book of business.

What you'll be doing:

Pipeline Activation & Execution

  • Manage a defined portfolio of creators within CRM pipelines, prioritizing high-impact opportunities for activation and growth, including assigned specialty segments.
  • Execute structured outreach sequences and targeted follow-ups to drive engagement, meetings booked, and platform activation.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate tracking of touchpoints, pipeline movement, and creator status across your book of business.
  • Identify patterns in high-performing creators and replicate successful activation strategies across your pipeline.

Creator Engagement & Growth

  • Schedule and lead 1:1 calls with creators to drive activation, educate on platform value, and share influencer monetization strategies.
  • Guide creators through key activation milestones, including link creation, brand alignment, and early revenue generation.
  • Deliver tailored, actionable recommendations that help creators increase earnings on Mavely, informed by creator demographic data and niche.
  • Build trust and maintain ongoing relationships with creators to drive sustained platform engagement and revenue growth.

Revenue Impact

  • Drive measurable CGMV growth following creator touchpoints by influencing platform usage and monetization behaviors.
  • Track and optimize performance against core KPIs, including meetings booked, activation rates, and post-touchpoint revenue lift.
  • Analyze pipeline performance and outreach effectiveness to continuously improve conversion and engagement rates.
  • Leverage data and insights to prioritize efforts and maximize impact across your portfolio.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insights

  • Partner with Campaigns, Lifecycle, and RevOps teams to align on creator opportunities, pipeline strategy, and performance insights.
  • Surface creator feedback and behavioral trends to inform product, marketing, and lifecycle improvements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of pipeline strategies, outreach frameworks, and activation playbooks.
  • Stay informed on creator trends and platform behaviors to continuously refine activation strategies.

What success looks like:

  • Within the first 30 days, you have a clear understanding of your creator pipeline, have completed initial outreach sequences, and are booking 1:1 calls with creators across your book of business.
  • By 90 days, you are hitting core activation KPIs, including meetings booked and activation rates, and can articulate what drives high-performing creators in your segment.
  • By 6 months, your touchpoints are driving measurable, sustained CGMV growth, and you have refined your outreach approach using data and performance insights.
  • Within your first year, you are recognized as a trusted partner by creators in your portfolio and have contributed meaningfully to activation playbooks and cross-functional pipeline strategy.

What you bring:

We are committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best and most rewarding work of your career. If you identify with any of the following, we encourage you to apply!

  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, revenue-driving role such as Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence behavior and drive outcomes through direct communication, including calls and email outreach.
  • Experience working within a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and managing a pipeline or book of business.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect actions to revenue outcomes and optimize based on performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate with clarity and empathy.
  • Strong understanding of social media, affiliate marketing, and the creator ecosystem.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or affiliate platforms is a plus.

How you work:

  • Driven by Impact: You deliver results that matter, prioritizing high-value work, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly while keeping outcomes clear.
  • Strategic & Customer-Centric: You anticipate risks and opportunities, connect decisions to long-term growth, and build trust through proactive insights.
