- Oversee daily operations to ensure the lab and office environments are organized, safe, fully stocked, and optimized for productivity.
Event & Logistics Management
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international trade shows, including booth procurement, attendee registrations, and travel management.
- Manage shipping schedules and documentation for display equipment to ensure on-time delivery for event setups.

Content & Digital Presence
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media: LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

- Translate complex technology into digestible, visual stories that resonate with engineers and customers.
Qualifications
- Organizational Ninja with exceptional multi-tasking skills.

- Proficiency with mobile video editing apps or desktop suites and a “good eye” for framing and lighting.
- Clear, empathetic, and professional verbal and written skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress and web/social media analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Curiosity: Show an interest in what the company is actually building.
- On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable being the “face” or “voice” of the company for short-form video content.
