Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable IT Systems Support Specialist to support daily IT operations and work closely with the Director of IT and Cybersecurity. This role goes beyond basic help desk support and includes responsibility for endpoint management, user administration, troubleshooting complex issues, and assisting with infrastructure and security initiatives.

This position is ideal for a technically capable IT professional who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of issues, and wants exposure to enterprise IT and cybersecurity operations.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional IT support or systems support experience
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), or Active Directory
• Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools or endpoint protection platforms
• Experience supporting regulated or security-conscious environments
• IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
