We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Chef to join our team and create nourishing and flavorful meals (pure vegetarian & sattvik) that align with our philosophy of wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality vegan, vegetarian, and sattvik meals that align with our wellness philosophy.
- Design and execute menus that promote health, balance, and nutrition while keeping variety and taste in focus.
- Ensure meals cater to dietary restrictions and preferences of guests.
- Source and use fresh, seasonal, and locally available ingredients wherever possible.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Innovate and introduce wellness-focused dishes inspired by Ayurvedic principles.
Requirements
- A degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in preparing vegan, vegetarian, and sattvik cuisines.
- Efficient communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with the team and interact with guests as needed.
