About the opportunity
We are hiring a Chief Human Resources Officer for a large, mature Global Capability Centre (GCC) based in Bangalore. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to own the people agenda for a sizeable, well-established global organisation, working closely with regional and global stakeholders to shape the future of HR within a fast-evolving GCC landscape.
Key responsibilities
HR strategy & leadership
- Own and drive the end-to-end HR strategy for the GCC, aligned with global and regional priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational design, talent strategy, and culture
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions — talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, employee relations, and HR operations
Stakeholder management
- Partner closely with regional and global leadership teams to align HR priorities across geographies
- Act as the key HR interface between the India GCC and global headquarters
Transformation & technology
- Drive HR transformation initiatives, including AI integration and automation across HR processes
- Lead change management for large-scale transformation projects impacting the workforce
- Build future-ready HR capabilities leveraging technology and data-driven decision-making
Ideal candidate
- 12–18 years of progressive HR experience, with significant tenure in GCC environments
- Strong exposure to managing regional and global stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading AI integration, automation, and HR transformation projects
- Comprehensive understanding across the full HR spectrum
- Based in or open to relocating to Bangalore
