What You’ll Do
As part of our sales team, you’ll be the first spark in the client journey — identifying who we should be talking to and opening the door to new partnerships.
You Will
- Prospect and research brands, agencies, and organizations in the experiential, tradeshow, and retail space
- Qualify new leads to understand needs, timelines, and potential fit
- Identify opportunities for exhibits, events, activations, and custom environments
- Start conversations that matter — the kind that lead to long‑term relationships
- Collaborate with Client Services, Design and Strategy teams to support early‑stage proposal development
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data in Hubspot to keep the pipeline moving
- Represent Kubik with curiosity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for experience‑driven storytelling
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of inside sales, business development, or lead‑generation experience
- Experience in the tradeshow, experiential, events, or marketing industry is a strong advantage
- A natural connector — you enjoy reaching out, asking questions, and building rapport
- A hunter mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value clearly
- Comfort working in a fast‑moving, collaborative, creative environment
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
