Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager – F&B
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Brand Marketing Manager to build, position, and scale our F&B brand across digital and on-ground touchpoints. The role focuses on strengthening brand identity, driving footfall, and increasing customer engagement through strategic campaigns, storytelling, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
- Develop and execute end-to-end brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms
- Own brand guidelines and oversee implementation across outlets
Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and festive promotions
- Drive café footfall through hyperlocal marketing, events, and activations
- Collaborate with operations and outlet managers for on-ground execution
Digital & Social Media
- Lead social media strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
- Oversee content calendars, reels, influencer collaborations, and UGC
- Work with designers, photographers, and agencies for high-quality creatives
Performance & Analytics
- Track campaign performance, ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Optimize spends across digital ads, influencer marketing, and offline promotions
Partnerships & PR
- Identify and manage brand collaborations, influencers, and community partnerships
- Support PR initiatives, media outreach, and brand storytelling
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing (F&B / QSR / Hospitality preferred)
- Strong understanding of café / restaurant consumer behavior
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media & influencer campaigns
- Ability to translate brand vision into compelling campaigns
- Excellent communication, creativity, and execution skills
Preferred Background
- Experience working with café chains, coffee brands, restaurants, or food startups
- Exposure to multi-outlet or expansion-stage brands
- Knowledge of local marketing & city-level launches
