Role Overview:
As a part of KPMG in India, you will be responsible for various office administration and facility management tasks. Your role will involve ensuring smooth operations of the office premises and facilities. Your excellent communication skills, along with hands-on experience in facility management, will be crucial for the efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and facility services including security, housekeeping, cafeteria management, and vendor management.
- Handle meeting and training room management, office repair and maintenance, asset management, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate vendor management, visitor management system, seating and space management, and labor law compliances.
- Maintain awareness on Leed certification, ISO certification audit, ESG and EMS requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Perform all routine administrative and operational services to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Qualification Required:
- You should be a graduate with very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience in facility management, preferably in a similar size/industry, will be beneficial for this role.
