Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team to achieve business goals
- Drive NOP and premium targets through effective team management
- Design and execute partner-focused business strategies
- Ensure strong quality metrics (ECS, low surrenders, minimal FLCs)
- Monitor team performance through MIS and regular tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate / MBA
- 12–14 years of experience in life insurance
- Strong team handling and leadership experience
- Exposure to open architecture environment
