Kostklip® Manufacturing is hiring for its Full-Time, Permanent Conversion Machine Operator position. Opening is currently available for our Day shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
- Operating of various machine centres (CNC, Clam, Riveter, Punch, FBM, HRT, Guillotine) in the department while meeting productivity expectations
- Packaging or assembling products according to specifications
- Performing quality control checks
- Assist the Shift Supervisor and Lead Operators in their tasks
- Ability to learn and perform setups of various machine centres
- Reliably sign in and out on our production data entry system
- Maintaining a clean, safe work area
- Other duties as assigned
Expectations
You are:
- Self-starter with a positive attitude that takes pride in producing a quality product
- Possess good math skills
- Have good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Detail oriented, organised and customer focused
- Flexible. Able to work different jobs and/or shifts if needed
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 30lbs repeatedly
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience working in an industrial / manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Desire to learn new skills and take part in our in-house training
- Knowledge in robotics an asset.
