We are looking to fill a key Maintenance Technician role in our high performing Service team in Melbourne with the route based in the Eastern Suburbs. You will be providing servicing and maintenance of KONE’s elevator, auto walks and escalators, across low-rise housing through to the world’s tallest skyscrapers.
This is a full-time opportunity, offering an autonomous environment, with a variety, stability, with support from the wider business.
What will you be doing?
Attending to maintenance activities and repairs
Attending breakdowns on Elevators and Escalators
Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards
Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region
An ability to start/finish at flexible times and work after-hours as required
What are we looking for?
Registered electrical licence required
Must have elevator or escalator service experience
Valid full Australian drivers licence
Experiencing managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder’s expectations
Motivated and self- starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
A customer service mindset
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
