- Assist with improving workflows and reducing repetitive manual tasks
- Learn and work with automation tools, APIs, and scripting over time
- Help identify opportunities to improve the employee IT experience
- Partner with operations, security, and engineering teams on internal technology initiatives
- Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous improvement efforts
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall IT operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Internship, campus IT, help desk, or technical support experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in modern IT systems, SaaS platforms, and automation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative in-office environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with tools such as: Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and ServiceNow.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting windows and macOS endpoints.
- Basic understanding of identity and access management, onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle management
