We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is warm, organized, and confident managing the front end work that keeps everything running smoothly. If you're someone who thrives supporting others, handles tasks with care and precision — we want to hear from you.

Location: Knead Therapy Clinic

Job Type: Part Time/Casual

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle front-line communication with kindness and professionalism (phone & email etiquette is a must)
• Book client appointments with care and accuracy
• Manage therapist schedules efficiently and thoughtfully
• Support client care with warmth and discretion
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain cleanliness and organization (including laundry!)
• Learn and operate scheduling and billing systems quickly and efficiently

• Excellent with written and verbal communication
• Coachable, flexible, and quick to learn new systems
• Experienced and a professional demeanor
• Willing to learn and pivot as the clinic and business change
• Able to work independently with a variety of softwares (JaneApp, Apple Computers, Excel)
• Must be able to do stairs, lift and carry linens

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in a or client-service setting or clinical environment
• Familiarity with processing and understanding Insurance
• Experience with social media content

Starting Wage:

Minimum Wage to $18.00 to start, with room to grow after a 3 month probation and training

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
