KMG Civil Engineering Inc. is a Toronto-based structural, civil, and solar engineering firm. We design and deliver projects across residential, commercial, and industrial work — and we're licensed P.Eng across Canada. We handle the engineering and project delivery; you bring us the clients.

The Opportunity

We're looking for driven, independent salespeople to bring KMG new business across Ontario and beyond. This is a commission-based, independent-contractor role with strong earning potential and no cap — the more you close, the more you make. It's ideal for someone who already has a network (contractors, developers, property owners, commercial accounts) and knows how to turn relationships into closed deals. Work on your own schedule, from anywhere.

What You'll Sell

A broad, easy-to-pitch service range across residential, commercial, and industrial:

• Residential: basement walkouts, legal/secondary suites, garden suites, renovations, additions, new builds, custom homes, decks and structures, retaining walls — and most other residential projects across Ontario
• Commercial & industrial: rooftop and ground-mount solar, structural assessments, commercial fit-outs, tenant improvements, and new commercial/industrial builds
• Engineering & design-build: structural, civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering, plus full design-build delivery

If a client has a project, chances are KMG can engineer and deliver it — so you're rarely turning business away. Every quote is prepared and confirmed by KMG, and all our work is permit-ready and P.Eng-stamped, so you sell with confidence and we close out the delivery.

What You'll Do

• Generate leads and bring in new clients from your own network and outreach
• Present KMG's services and connect prospects with our team
• Build long-term, repeat relationships and recurring accounts
• (Optional, valued) Help strengthen our online presence and reviews

What Success Looks Like

A steady flow of qualified new clients, a growing book of repeat and recurring accounts, and earnings that scale with your effort. Top performers turn one relationship into many.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven B2B or outside sales experience, ideally in construction, real estate, solar, home services, or a related field
• An existing network or database of business contacts you can activate
• A self-starter comfortable working independently on a commission basis
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable, professional, and motivated by results

Compensation

Commission-based with performance bonuses and uncapped earning potential. We'll walk through the full structure with shortlisted candidates on an introductory call.
