Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pan India or professionals in education, skill development, consulting, skill assessment, e-content creation, curriculum development, subject matter expertise, psychology, software development, and management. The role involves designing and developing skill-based curricula and digital learning content, conducting assessments, and contributing to training frameworks for learners and organizations. Team members will collaborate with cross-functional experts to research best practices, analyze skill gaps, and propose evidence-based interventions. Daily responsibilities may include consulting with clients on training needs, creating assessment tools, refining educational materials, supporting implementation of learning platforms, and participating in review meetings to evaluate program effectiveness. The position requires active coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality of skill development solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate skill gaps, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Consulting experience to understand client requirements, propose solutions, and guide implementation of skill development programs.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, present findings, and create clear educational materials.
• Candidates should possess Training experience to design, deliver, and evaluate instructional sessions, workshops, or online modules.
• Candidates should possess solid Research skills to review literature, benchmark industry practices, and support the design of assessments and curricula.
• Relevant experience in education, instructional design, psychology, software development, or management, depending on specialization.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Engineering, Management, or related field; specialized certifications in instructional design, assessment, or software tools are an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, basic data analysis tools, and documentation standards is beneficial.
