Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to assist with financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and a keen interest in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and internal audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
- Collaborate with senior accountants and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Handle documentation and data entry related to financial transactions.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Basic knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software Zoho Books and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
