Role Summary

As a Beauty Advisor / Senior Beauty Advisor / Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of the Kimirica brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving store sales. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and create memorable shopping experiences that reflect the brand's luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience by welcoming and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare, bath & body care, fragrance, home fragrance, and gifting solutions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing conversion, average bill value, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling across multiple product categories.
• Demonstrate product features, ingredients, benefits, and usage confidently.
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed as per brand guidelines.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and customer queries efficiently.
• Participate in product launches, promotional activities, and in-store events.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and competitor offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–6 years of experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, premium retail, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills, a polished personality, and a strong passion for luxury retail may also be considered.
• Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-centric personality.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, fragrances, wellness, and luxury retail.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be willing to work across both Kimirica stores based on weekly/monthly roster requirements and business needs.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations will be an added advantage.

Education

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• Graduation will be an added advantage.
