Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking an Operations Associate. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a general point of contact for inquiries and requests
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors
- Support meeting and workspace scheduling and setup
- Assist with meeting room setup, catering coordination, and basic audio/visual support
- Maintain common areas, including supply stocking and overall appearance
- Provide basic support for office equipment such as printers and copiers
- Assist with onsite meetings and events, including logistics and setup
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Support copying, scanning, collating, and document preparation needs
- Track and follow up on service requests to ensure completion
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks as assigned
- Coordinate with external service providers as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders
- Use standard computer systems and Microsoft Office tools to complete daily tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience in an office, administrative, or operations support role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage routine requests
- Comfortable working with office equipment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
