• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate client files
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or benefits administration
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and ensure all client interactions uphold confidentiality standards

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the insurance industry or related fields
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex information and foster trust
• Familiarity with sales administration tools, marketing strategies, and analysis skills for tracking performance metrics
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of benefits administration processes and compliance standards such as HIPAA regulations is a plus
