At Kensington, we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to help build the brand and business for one of the world’s leading luxury travel companies. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of brand initiatives across social media, webinars, and integrated marketing programs.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in brand marketing and campaign execution — contributing to the amplification of our global brand across multiple platforms, supporting social media planning and content development, assisting with partner-facing webinars and events, and helping deliver ad-hoc brand projects designed to elevate awareness and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in social media, brand marketing, creative production, and travel — and be excited to learn how a global luxury brand comes to life across multiple touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content across platforms, working closely with internal teams and creative partners.
- Support the development and implementation of Co-Op Marketing Partnerships as necessary.
- Assist with content coordination, including sourcing, organizing, and captioning travel imagery and video assets.
- Provide logistical and creative support for brand webinars and partner training sessions, including presentation setup, asset organization, and post-event follow-up.
- Contribute to brand campaigns and ad-hoc initiatives, including digital advertising support, collateral development, and promotional fulfillment.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and gathering insights for reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications and deliverables.
- Support general administrative and organizational tasks for the Brand team as needed.
Key Skills & Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related post-secondary program.
- Strong interest in Brand Marketing, Social Media, Creative Strategy, or the Travel Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with creative assets (copy, imagery, design files, etc.) and collaborating with designers or content producers.
- Proficiency in or experience with social media tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite) is considered an asset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
