Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor based in Ghaziabad. The role involves designing digital and print assets such as social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and UI elements that align with the brand’s visual identity. The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will conceptualize, storyboard, and produce video content for promotional campaigns, product explainers, tutorials, and brand storytelling. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand creative requirements, translating briefs into impactful visuals and videos, and iterating based on feedback. The role also includes managing design files, maintaining consistent brand guidelines, optimizing assets for various platforms, and staying updated on design and video trends relevant to the cybersecurity industry.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills with experience in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all assets.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for different formats.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
• Ability to conceptualize and edit videos end-to-end, including storyboarding, basic motion graphics, color correction, and sound syncing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video work, preferably including B2B or technology/cybersecurity projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
