This role requires close collaboration with leadership to identify skill gaps and build comprehensive training programs.
Your initiatives will include managing onboarding, conducting workshops, and ensuring continuous engagement in learning opportunities across the company. You'll also be responsible for measuring impact through evaluation and feedback. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive learning frameworks and roadmaps

- Facilitate both virtual and in-person training events
- Oversee new hire onboarding and alignment
- Track training effectiveness with robust evaluation methods Requirements:
- 5+ years in Learning & Development roles
- Experience in handling training in construction or infrastructure
- Strong ability to engage diverse audiences
- Familiarity with adult learning methods and tools
