Training and Development Specialist

Empower a talented workforce as a Learning and Development Specialist. • Oversee new hire onboarding and alignment
• Track training effectiveness with robust evaluation methods Requirements:
• 5+ years in Learning & Development roles
• Experience in handling training in construction or infrastructure
• Strong ability to engage diverse audiences
• Familiarity with adult learning methods and tools
