• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness

Requirements

• 5+ years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
• Proven skills in instructional design and facilitation
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with e-learning tools is a plus
• Excellent project management capabilities
