Temporary General Labor

  • Location: Semora, NC 27343
  • Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 7 pm - 5 am
  • Hourly rate: $23/h
  • Contract: W2 contract under staffing supplier, with 30-day duration ONLY.

Role OVerview: Non-permanent, physically demanding role focused on industrial cleaning and plant housekeeping.

  • Key Duties: Clean equipment/floors (shovels, brooms, vacuums), monitor material hoppers, and support production teams.
  • Requirements: High school diploma + industrial/manufacturing experience. Industrial cleaning experience is required. Forklift/safety program knowledge is preferred.
  • Schedule: 10-hour shifts. Must stay onsite for 30-minute lunches (pack your own). Tobacco-free facility.
  • Physical/Safety: Requires constant standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs in dusty/noisy conditions. Must provide your own steel-toe shoes on day one (other PPE provided).
