Job Description
We are currently hiring on behalf of our client located in Windsor, ON for a Customer Support Representative to support billing, account management, and customer inquiries. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity, offering a great chance to gain valuable experience in a structured and fast-paced customer service environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing, arrears, and account management, providing clear solutions and guidance on payment options and available programs
- Manage account setups, terminations, and updates with accurate data entry and recordkeeping
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for water services and meter-related operations
- Investigate and resolve billing errors, analyze customer accounts, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Reconcile collection accounts, allocate payments, and audit records for accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of call centre or customer service experience (phone-based)
- High school diploma required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and data entry skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
