What We’re Looking For:

• Active real estate license in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Passion for helping clients achieve homeownership goals
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Guide buyers through the home search, offer, and closing process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct buyer consultations and property tours
• Negotiate contracts and advocate for clients throughout transactions
• Stay informed on market trends and inventory throughout the DC metro area
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to achieve sales goals

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with anticipated earnings between $75,000 and $125,000 annually based on performance and production.
