About the Role

You've spent years protecting enterprises. Now build something. This is a sales and executive relationship role - not a delivery role.

Your mission: become the face of AI security in India's mid-market. You will empanel Kapālins into the top 5 enterprises across 5 sectors, build CISO/CTO relationships, and close business deals.

What You'll Do

Empanel Kapālins into the top 5 enterprises in each of 5 target sectors: Banking/FS, Health, Government, Energy, Retail (25 target accounts) Build and own executive relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and Board members across India's mid-market Position and sell Kapālins AI security assessments ($15K single-category, $60K-$120K full 5-category) and remediation solutions. Represent Kapālins at industry events, conferences, and roundtables - you are the brand Develop System Integrator partnerships for co-sell and talent augmentation Build a $1M+ qualified pipeline within 6 months through relationship-led selling.

What We're Looking For

10+ years in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or enterprise sales Existing CISO/CTO network in India - you can open doors on day one Proven sales track record: $500K+ annual revenue generation Comfortable presenting to boards and C-suite executives Understanding of AI/ML security risks (prompt injection, model poisoning, agentic AI) Startup mentality - you thrive without structure and build your own playbook

Nice to Have

CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification Experience with OWASP LLM Top 10 or AI security frameworks Speaking experience at cybersecurity conferences

Compensation & Benefits

Base: to be discussed Commission: 8%-15% tiered on revenue generated (UNCAPPED) Tier based commision Tier 1: 8% on first $300K Tier 2: 10% on $300K-$700K Tier 3: 12% on $700K-$1.2M Tier 4: 15% above $1.2M Equity: 3% (24-month vest, 12-month cliff) Target OTE: to be discussed Remote India with 30-40% travel to client sites and events
