Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Project Manager specializing in Corporate Interior works.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, coordination, execution, and closure of interior projects.

Responsibilities involve managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations. Other tasks include supervising onsite teams, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Qualifications - Strong skills in Project Management with experience leading all stages of project execution.

• Expertise in Expediting and working effectively as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Proficiency in managing Logistics and Inspection processes to ensure smooth material flow and quality compliance.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams.
• Experience with corporate interior fit-out projects and working knowledge of associated design and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.
