The HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s human resource framework. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage performance evaluations and develop training plans while ensuring alignment with the corporate governance framework. Key focus areas include organizational design, policy governance, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual HR strategy
- Administer performance management and evaluations
- Coordinate health and safety compliance programs
- Maintain organizational charts and job descriptions
- Support research and reporting for HR metrics
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- 4–6 years of increasing HR responsibility
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety legislation
- Preferred CPHR designation or similar
- Familiarity with Indigenous development principles
