Location: Pune

Department: Finance & Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Reconciliation cycle.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collection of outstanding receivables.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for business performance tracking.
  • Monitor collection aging, debtor analysis, and cash flow reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, finance teams, developers, and channel partners for smooth transaction processing.
  • Handle real estate developer/mandate coordination to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Prepare reports using Advanced MS Excel and present insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
  • Travel across locations whenever required for business coordination and collection activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA Finance preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in Business Operations, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Finance Operations.
  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory, preferably with developers, IPCs, or real estate consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reconciliations, and receivables management.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports and management dashboards.
  • Knowledge of billing software and financial reporting tools will be an added advantage.
