Role Description The Field Sales Executive (Contract) will focus on identifying and engaging potential B2B customers such as clothing brands, print shops, merch companies, and private-label businesses. This is a remote role, responsible for prospecting new accounts, managing a sales pipeline, and conducting virtual or on-site meetings to present JusteefyBlanks’ product range and capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying leads, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and closing deals that align with monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, gather feedback on product performance, and relay market insights to internal teams. The role also involves coordinating with operations for order fulfillment timelines, ensuring accurate product information, and representing the brand professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong B2B sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Candidates should possess skills in customer relationship building and communication, with the ability to present product value clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of apparel, textiles, or fashion wholesale, including familiarity with blanks, print-ready fabrics, and customization processes.
• Candidates should possess organizational and self-management skills, including time management, remote work discipline, and follow-through on sales activities.
• Candidates should possess digital literacy skills, including use of CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and standard office software.
• Previous experience in apparel, printing, merchandising, or related B2B sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote contract role, meet targets, and adapt to changing client needs.
• Valid authorization to work in relevant sales territories; driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits may be an asset.
