Interim Transactions Support

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney for an ongoing, full-time (40hrs/wk), hybrid opportunity with our corporate client.

The ideal candidate will have high-level commercial contract negotiation and procurement experience. Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.

Candidates must be located in Washington, D.C., Maryland or Virginia, licensed to practice law and in good standing in one of those jurisdictions or otherwise in compliance with the in-house counsel registration rules in such state.
