Job Description

As a Social Media & Brand Manager, your role will involve owning the end-to-end social media strategy across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts & Threads. You will be responsible for creating monthly content calendars, writing engaging captions, designing creatives such as Reels, Carousels, and Stories, and managing their publishing. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and enhancing brand identity, positioning, tone of voice, and visual language across all channels.

Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing brand campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and paid social media campaigns. Monitoring brand health, competitor activity, and industry trends will be essential, as you will be required to provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Community management will also be a part of your role, involving responding to comments, direct messages, and building meaningful relationships with the audience.

Collaboration with the marketing and sales team to ensure brand consistency in all communications will be crucial. Managing social media ad budgets, optimizing campaigns, and delivering ROI will be a significant part of your responsibilities. Your role will require a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and brand projects, along with hands-on experience in various tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite/Buffer, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.

Your proficiency in English writing skills with the ability to create catchy, brand-aligned copy is essential. A creative eye for visuals and video content, especially Reels and short-form videos, will be advantageous. The ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines is a key requirement for this role. A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field is preferred for this full-time position.
