Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
5+ years of SAP SCM functional experience - Mandatory
Strong hands-on experience in:
SAP APO / SAP IBP (Preferred)
SAP MM, PP, SD integration
CIF integration and master data management
Experience in at least 6 end-to-end SAP implementation projects
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning and execution processes
Good understanding of SAP configuration and business process mapping
Experience in S/4HANA is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SCM solutions
Configure and implement SAP SCM modules (APO/IBP/MM/PP/SD integration)
Work on end-to-end supply chain processes including:
Demand Planning
Supply Network Planning
Production Planning
Inventory Management
Procurement & Logistics Execution
Conduct workshops and gather functional requirements
Prepare functional specifications for technical developments (RICEF)
Support integration between SAP SCM and other SAP modules (FI, SD, MM, PP)
Perform system testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
Optimize existing supply chain processes and suggest best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
