Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Analytics Specialist within our marketing and sales organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering analytics that directly support revenue generation. Your responsibilities will include client propensity modeling, opportunity sizing, and creating next-best-action frameworks. You will work closely with the Business to provide a comprehensive view and translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for business and marketing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue & Strategy Analytics: Develop and deliver analytics to support revenue generation, including client propensity modeling, opportunity sizing, and next-best-action frameworks. Translate findings into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Campaign & Marketing Insights: Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels. Build attribution frameworks, engagement scoring, and audience segmentation strategies to enhance targeting precision.
  • Dashboards & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions for stakeholders to access key marketing and revenue metrics. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with global marketing, sales, and business teams to understand their analytical needs, translate business questions into data problems, and deliver actionable insights. Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications Required:

  • 6 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or related quantitative roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working across large relational databases.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
  • Ability to create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions as data problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
