As a member of the team specializing in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs), you will play a crucial role in deal execution and analysis. Your responsibilities will involve financial modeling, due diligence, and client interactions related to REITs and InvITs.
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation of REITs and InvITs.
- Perform due diligence on REIT and InvIT investment opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape within the REIT and InvITs sector.
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Sourcing investment opportunities in secondary market from institutional counterparties.
Required Skillset and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or real estate finance.
- Strong understanding of REITs and InvITs and real estate investment principles.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
