Workforce Analyst - Data Analytics and Process Improvement

You are passionate about project management and process improvement. You will be joining the Workforce Planning team as a Workforce Analyst on the Change the Bank Team. In this role, you will lead analytics and process improvements to optimize capacity, strengthen service-level performance, and enhance customer outcomes. Your responsibilities will include using technologies like Alteryx, Tableau, and Python to automate processes, act as a project lead, conduct root cause analysis, work effectively with cross-functional teams, provide insights and guidance to stakeholders, support process improvements, and prepare project updates and recommendations for leadership.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Use technologies and tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Python to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
- Act as a project lead coordinating cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycle.
- Conduct root cause and trending analysis using historical performance data.
- Work effectively with individuals from different departments to achieve common goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in projects, providing insights and guidance to stakeholders.
- Support the identification and implementation of process improvements and best practices.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Experience with technologies and tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of Call Center Operations, Contact Center Metrics, and Workforce Planning practices.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and drive results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with a fluid business environment and changing job priorities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Teams, etc.).
