• Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content delivery.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning and branding efforts.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content creation that enhances campaign effectiveness.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase reach and drive conversions through targeted ads.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to strengthen community relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to manage online reputation and coordinate digital outreach efforts.
• Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate our digital marketing approach.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding strategies, public relations principles, and relationship management within digital spaces.
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in content creation across various formats.
