Senior Backend Developer (.NET Core / C#)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core and C# to design and build scalable, secure, and cloud-native backend services.

You will play a key role in developing RESTful APIs, integrating external systems, and implementing modern authentication mechanisms within a Microsoft Azure environment.

This role requires strong architectural thinking, clean code practices, and experience building enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Integrate external APIs and third-party services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and DDD patterns.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (preferably .NET 8) and advanced proficiency in C# .
• Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs , with strong knowledge of the protocol.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core (LINQ, migrations, query optimization, performance tuning).
• Proven experience integrating external APIs and third-party services .
• Strong understanding and practical application of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) .
• Experience designing microservices and cloud-native architectures .
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions).
• Experience with Docker containerization (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT , and modern authentication flows (Azure AD / Azure B2C).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
