Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and financial optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide strategic insights and data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to perform predictive modeling and forecasting.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
• Work closely with IT teams to maintain and enhance data infrastructure and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
• Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for specialized data analysis projects.
• Adhere to all data privacy and security regulations.
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively participating in team meetings and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion within established timelines.
