Weekly Working Hours: 36 hours plus alternating weekend
Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift
Join our Suburban Nursing Team as a Critical Care (ICU) Registered Nurse and become part of world-renowned Johns Hopkins Health System!
Unit Info:
- Intensive Care Unit (24-bed Trauma, Cardiothoracic, complex medical Surgical ICU)
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland (or other Nurse Licensure Compact state)
- Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses
- Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months RN acute care ICU experience. Preferred, 1-year plus ICU Hospital experience or more.
- Ability to response/care for patients requiring level 1 and level 2 critical care setting preferred.
- Ability to respond/care for urgent strokes and STEMI preferred.
- Code Blue and Rapid Response team experience preferred.

Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 4 years of hire
Salary Range: Minimum 43.25/hour - Maximum 67.04/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
