Compensation Structure

  • 21,000 + 4,000 (Freshers)
  • 25,000 + 4,000 (Experienced)

Selection Process

  • HR Interview Initial screening and communication evaluation
  • Versant Assessment English proficiency and communication test
  • Operations Interview Final assessment based on role suitability

Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
  • Ability to manage customer interactions in a professional manner
