Compensation Structure
- 21,000 + 4,000 (Freshers)
- 25,000 + 4,000 (Experienced)
Selection Process
- HR Interview Initial screening and communication evaluation
- Versant Assessment English proficiency and communication test
- Operations Interview Final assessment based on role suitability
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
- Ability to manage customer interactions in a professional manner
