Position: Sr Analyst or Developer (Strong in SQL, Python & AI exposure)

Location: Stamford, CT (Onsite 4 days/week)

Duration: 6 Months

Context:

Backfill of a current contractor supporting the Incentives team (sales compensation lifecycle across all channels). Role is critical and client-facing, with exposure up to executive level.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end incentive lifecycle (requirements → build → production → monthly reporting).
• Support monthly recalculation and rebuild of incentive logic.
• Enable scalability beyond current Alteryx-based workflows.
• Contribute to roadmap shifting toward Python and AI enablement (Amazon Q, automation).

Option A – Senior Analyst Profile

• Strong SQL (mandatory)
• Python (strong plus)
• Alteryx experience (preferred)
• Tableau (plus)
• Experience working on web-based applications (strong plus)
• Ability to interface with business stakeholders
• AI tool exposure to building applications

Option B – Developer Profile

• Strong Python (mandatory)
• Experience building/supporting web-based applications (important)
• Prior Tableau experience (plus)
• Ability to operate independently and engage with business users
