Location: Pennsylvania (PA) or Washington, DC – Hybrid

Job Summary

The SAP SD Functional Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module, and supporting order-to-cash business processes for government or defense-related systems. The consultant collaborates with finance, logistics, and technical teams to implement SAP solutions and ensure compliance with federal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to order management, billing, and distribution processes.
• Configure and support SAP SD module components such as:
• Sales Order Processing
• Pricing and Billing
• Shipping and Delivery
• Customer Master Data
• Credit Management
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in SAP.
• Configure pricing procedures, condition techniques, and billing processes.
• Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules including:
• FI (Financial Accounting)
• MM (Materials Management)
• PP (Production Planning)
• WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)
• Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developers.
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrades, and testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).
• Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Document business processes, configuration settings, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
• Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Hands- on SAP SD functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Sales order processing
• Pricing configuration
• Billing and invoicing
• Delivery and shipping processes
• Experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration with FI and MM.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP configuration solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales.
• SAP certification in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Experience supporting federal government or defense projects.
• Familiarity with EDI integrations and interfaces with external systems.
• Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks.
