You will play a critical role in shaping field medical strategy, driving thought leader engagement, and generating actionable insights that inform clinical and commercial decisions. This is a highly collaborative role that connects medical affairs, clinical development, and cross-functional launch teams. The leader will oversee performance metrics, professional development, and execution of regional medical plans across a large geographic territory. It is an opportunity to directly influence patient impact through scientific exchange and strategic field leadership in oncology.

Accountabilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a regional team of Medical Science Liaisons, ensuring strong performance, scientific excellence, and continuous professional growth across all direct reports.
• Drive execution of regional field medical strategy, including stakeholder engagement with healthcare providers, academic centers, and community oncology networks.
• Oversee scientific exchange initiatives, thought leader engagement strategy, and insight generation activities to support clinical and launch priorities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on field execution and support clinical trial and site identification strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and updates to senior leadership on regional trends and outcomes.
